Mixed Signal Design Engineer

Job Description and Responsibilities

This individual will be required to design in a variety of technologies (CMOS or BICMOS) and must have demonstrated the ability to design the following: High Speed ADC, High Speed DAC, PLL, Sigma-Delta Modulator/Converters and Continuous-Time Filters. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for all activities from concept to design, implementation and validation/debugging. A Ph.D. degree in EE is preferred.

The Systems Test Group is responsible for all black-box testing of the Company's designs and may help in integration testing as well.

Required Skills and Experience


8 years minimum design experience in high performance analog circuits.
Candidate should be familiar in Cadence Spectre, Spectre RF or HSPICE environment.
System knowledge and layout experience in virtuoso is a plus.
MSEE required; Ph

Primary Skills: CMOS/BiCMOS Hi Speed ADC, DAC and Filters

Secondary Skills: MSEE with 5-8 years experience
