RFIC Design Engineer

Skills and Experience required for this position:
Strong knowledge of RFIC development. Strong circuit and RF system knowledge required.
Experience with LNA, Mixers, VCOs and device modeling preferred.
MSEE or equivalent
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for design and development of RFIC circuits for wireless communications
applications. Position involves detailed electrical and physical design, simulation, design
reviews, verification, validation and laboratory test of new and existing products. Excellent
verbal and written communication skills required.
