Sr RFIC Engineer


Description:
Sr. RFIC Design Engineer
Experienced engineer in the design of low power radio design. In depth knowledge in some or all of the following areas:
High performance broadband VCOs, FRAC-N PLLs, LO generation schemes.
Broadband RF front-ends (low noise amplifiers, mixers, RF filters ..etc.) from few MHz to few GHz.
Analog baseband circuits (continuous-time filters, variable-gain amplifiers, bandgap bias, RSSI, etc.).
Deep understanding of device physics and impact of technology on design (both CMOS and bipolar)
Effective use of circuit design tools such as Spectre RF, hspice, SPICE, etc.
Ability to perform and drive physical circuit layout


Primary Skills: RFIC Design of Low Power Receiver and Sythesizer circuits
